The FunCakes gluten free mix for Royal Icing is easy to make, just add water to the mixture.
The icing will become a thick sugar glaze with caramel flavour that fully hardens. This makes the icing great for piping decorations on cakes, cookies and cupcakes.
The FunCakes gluten free mixes are produced in a gluten free facility.
FunCakes can guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. Most people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity will not get any symptoms with this low quantity. Therefore anyone who follows a strict gluten free diet can enjoy the safe baking mixes from FunCakes.
Preparation for Stiff Royal Icing: Mix 500 g mix with 60 ml of water for 7-10 minutes on low speed. Until the Icing is bright white and lost its shine. If using a hand-held mixer be careful that it does not jam.
Tip: Add 1 teaspoon of water per 1 cup (approx. 200 g) of icing for medium consistency, or 2 teaspoons of water for thin consistency.
Ingredients: sugar, cornstarch, rice protein, flavour, acidity regulator: E336, thickeners: E466, E413. May contain traces of milk and nuts. Gluten-free.
