Wilton Impression Mats Set /4

The Wilton Impression Mats are a new method to create interesting and trendy effects on buttercream. This set offers you to create texture on (crusted) buttercream and fondant. The mats are created with depth that works for buttercream and also for fondant.

This set contains 4 different designs with an interlocking pattern, so that you can use them for different sized cakes.

Both sides of the mat can be used to create either an embossed or raised design.

Great for lovely cakes and cupcakes!

Instructions for use:

• Knead and roll out the paste to an even thickness using sugar for dusting.

• Choose the design side required and lay the impression mat onto the paste.
• Firmly push a smoother across the impression mat to emboss the design into the paste. Ensure all areas of the mat are pushed into the paste.
• Remove the mat to reveal the design on the paste.
• Spray with edible lustre to enhance the decorated paste.
