Make delicious gluten free cupcakes with this mix from FunCakes! The cupcakes taste delicious and can be decorated with buttercream, fondant or marzipan after baking.
Preparation:
- Ingredients need to be at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven at 170°C (convection oven 150°C).
- For 20-24 cupcakes: mix 500 g mix, 200 g butter and 250 g eggs (5 pcs).
- Mix for 3 minutes into a smooth batter. Line a muffin pan with paper baking cups, use an icecream scoop to half fill the cups with batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, starch (corn), emulsifier: E475, E433, humectant: E420, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut), raising agent: E450, E500, thickener: E412, E466, acidity regulator: E575, glucose syrup (corn), flavouring, salt, modified starch (corn), anti-caking agent: E551. May contain traces of: egg, milk and nuts.
This product is certified Halal. Free from lactose, palm oil, preservatives, AZO colourings, GMO and hydrogenated fats. Gluten-free. Suitable for vegetarians.
