Natural black food coloring liquid, obtained from carbonized plant material (Carbo Vegetabilis).

It has a high coloring strength and it is semi-transparent in the final product.

It is not soluble but it has an excellent dispersability in any medium, due to small particle size of the pigment.

It can be used in any food product with an aqueous phase, such as bakery, pastry, beverages, ice cream, confectionery.

Excellent stability against light, heat and low pH.
